Endangering Life Of A Child Arrest Made: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter

The 61-year-old unincorporated Grayslake resident was arrested last week on the charge, according to police.

Zion M. Fleming, 23, of the 38100 block of N. Loyola Avenue, Beach Park, had a warrant for burglary, and was arrested March 11 at Sheridan and Beach roads, Beach Park. He was released and assigned a court date of April 18.

  • Joanne E. Concidine, 61, of the 12700 block of W. Wakefield Drive, Beach park, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested March 11 at Green Bay and Yorkhouse roads, Beach Park. She was released and assigned a court date of May 1.
  • Paul J. Schaill, 45, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, is accused of DUI alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested March 14 in the 11300 block of Wadsworth Road, Beach Park. He was released and assigned a court date of May 1.
  • Daniel Quinnones Marquez, 28, of the 300 block of Butrick Street, Waukegan, is accused of DUI alcohol, aggravated speeding (87 mph in a 35 mph zone), and was arrested March 14 at Lewis and Sunset avenues, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of April 24.
  • Javier A. Cerda Arroyo, 44, of the 900 block of Baldwin Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of DUI alcohol, aggravated speeding (88 mph in a 45 mph zone), open transportation of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested March 14 at Rollins and Drury roads, unincorporated Round Lake. He was released and assigned a court date of May 8.
  • Lisa A. Selders, 46, of the 28000 block of W. Four Seasons Boulevard, Lakemoor, is accused of DUI alcohol, no driver's license, leaving the scene of an accident, and was arrested March 15 at Route 132 and Fairfield Road, Round Lake Beach. She was released and assigned a court date of April 24.
  • Keith Williams, 55, of the 1200 block of N. Winslowe Drive, Palatine, is accused of aggravated DUI, improper transportation of cannabis, and was arrested March 16 in the 3200 block of Route 53, Long Grove. He was released and assigned a court date of April 9.
  • Brayan A. Urrutia Aguilar, 25, of the 1000 block of W. Glen Flora Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of DUI alcohol, no driver's license, and was arrested March 16 in the 37800 block of N. Evergreen Avenue, Beach Park. They were released and assigned a court date of April 24.
  • Marcos A. Atempa, 35, of the 2400 block of W. Dugdale Road, Waukegan, is accused of aggravated DUI, driving while license suspended, and was arrested March 17 in the 11400 block of W. Wadswroth Road, Beach Park. He was released and was assigned a court date of April 29.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO RESIDENCE

Martin W. Kerley, 57, of the 1100 block of Rand Road, Palatine, had a warrant for criminal trespass to residence, resisting arrest, and was arrested March 12 in the 20100 block of N. Rand Road, Deer Park. He was released and assigned a court date of April 25.

ENDANGERING THE LIFE OF A CHILD

Marcella G. McIntosh, 61, of the 33100 block of Indian Lane, unincorporated Grayslake, is accused of endangering the life of a child, and was arrested March 12 in the 33100 block of Indian Lane, unincorporated Grayslake. She was released and was assigned a court date of April 10.

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Alexander H. Wyndra, 28, of the 25800 block of W. Laneville Drive, Ingleside, had a warrant out of McHenry County for possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested March 12 in the 26400 block of Grand Avenue, Ingleside. A future court date in McHenry County was to be determined at the time of the report.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

  • Michael T. Reed, 40, of the 38200 block of N. Loyola Avenue, Beach Park, is accused of driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested March 13 at Loyola Avenue and Howard Street, Beach Park. He was released following his arrest.
  • Samuel D. Chavez, 30, of the 12900 block of Taylor Avenue, unincorporated Waukegan, is accused of driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested March 13 at Routes 21 and 120, unincorporated Gurnee. He was released following his arrest.
  • Jose D. Cazares, 45, of the 1600 block of Juneway Terrace, Round Lake Beach, is accused of driving while license revoked, no insurance, and was arrested March 14 at Route 45 and Rollins Road, unincorporated Gurnee. He was released following his arrest.

VIOLATING AN ORDER OF PROTECTION

  • Gregory D. Flesher, 61, no permanent address, is accused of violating an order of protection, criminal damage to property, and was arrested March 16 in the 38400 block of N. Manor Avenue, Beach Park. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of this report and was assigned a court date of April 16.
  • Wissam Osman, 46, of the 600 block of Washington Avenue, unincorporated Lake Bluff, is accused of violating an order of protection, and was arrested March 17 in the 2900 block of Waukegan Road, Bannockburn. They were being detained at the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and were assigned a court date of March 19.
