Fox Lake Resident Flees Police: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter

Czernecki Grzegorz, 76, of the 500 block of Rue Royale, Deer Park, is accused of battery, and was arrested May 6 in the 500 block of Rue Royale, Deer Park. He was released and assigned a court date of May 20.

  • Gregory D. Flesher, 61, of the 40900 block of N. Green Bay Road, Beach Park, is accused of violating an order of protection, and was arrested May 6 in the 38400 block of N. Manor Avenue, Beach Park. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and was assigned a court date of June 6.
  • Charles C. Graham, 43, of the 4300 block of McClure Avenue, Gurnee, had a warrant for violating an order of protection, and was arrested May 10 in the 200 block of Water Street, Waukegan. He was sentenced to 120 in Lake County Jail.

ASSAULT

  • Zion M. Fleming, 23, of the 2400 block of Metropolitan Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of aggravated assault, criminal damage to state supported property, resisting a correctional officer, and was arrested May 7 at Lake County Jail. He was being held there on other charges and was assigned a court date of May 14 for the new charges.
  • Briam M. Diggs, 40, of the 3200 block of Harbor Ridge Drive, Zion, had a warrant for assault, disorderly conduct, and was arrested May 8 in the 3200 block of Harbor Ridge Drive, Zion. He was released and was assigned a court date of May 16.

NO DRIVER'S LICENSE

  • Cole G. Rosen, 37, of the 700 block of Drury Court, Gurnee, is accused of no driver's license, suspended registration, no insurance, and was arrested May 7 at Delany Road and Oak Grove Road, Wadsworth. He was released following his arrest.
  • Junin Esrada-Figueroa, 30, of the 800 block of Victor Drive, North Chicago, is accused of no driver's license, suspended registration, no insurance, and was arrested May 7 at Kilbourne Avenue and Wadsworth Road, Wadsworth. They were released following their arrest.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

  • April B. Biel, 42, of Trevor, Wisconsin, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested May 8 at Route 12 and Sayton Road, Fox Lake. She was released and assigned a court date of June 26.
  • Nathalia M. Aguilera, 27, of the 0-100 block of N. Dryden Place, Arlington Heights, is accused of DUI alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested May 9 at Lewis Avenue and Beach Road, Beach Park. She was released and assigned a court date of June 19.

THEFT

Junior L. Jefferson, 58, no permanent address, had a warrant for theft, and was arrested May 10 in the 0-100 block of S. MLK Jr. Avenue, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of May 29.

FLEEING TO ELUDE

Alex Mathews, 28, of the 0-100 block of S. Pistakee Road, Fox Lake, is accused of fleeing to elude, driving while license revoked, and was arrested May 10 at Route 12 and Hilltop Avenue, Fox Lake. He was released following his arrest.
