DISORDERLY CONDUCT

  • Steven R. Prefontaine, 48, of Fort Myers, Florida, is accused of disorderly conduct, and was arrested April 22 in the 21500 block of W. Lake Avenue, unincorporated Lake Villa. He was released and assigned a court date of May 15.
  • Shawana Marshall, 44, of the 1700 block of Sheridan Road, Beach Park, is accused of disorderly conduct, and was arrested April 27 in the 13300 block of Victoria Lane, Beach Park. They were released and assigned a court date of May 22.

ASSAULT

Armando Parades, 34, of the 24300 block of W. Tyler Avenue, unincorporated Round Lake, is accused of aggravated assault, criminal damage to property, and was arrested April 22 in the 24300 block of W. Tyler Avenue, unincorporated Round Lake. He was released and assigned a court date of May 29.

BATTERY

  • A juvenile is accused of battery to a school administrator, disorderly conduct in school, and was arrested April 22 in the 18000 block of W. Gage Lake Road, unincorporated Grayslake.
  • Samantha Carlson, 28, of the 35700 block of Wilson Road, Ingleside, is accused of battery, and was arrested April 26 in the 35700 block of Wilson Road, Ingleside. She was released and assigned a court date of May 15.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

  • David Viteal, 36, of Salem, Wisconsin is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested April 22 in the 40400 block of N. Lambert Drive, unincorporated Antioch. He was released and assigned a court date of June 5.
  • Brian D. Fields, 52, of the 1000 block of N. Lewis Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of DUI drugs, leaving the scene of an accident, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and was arrested April 24 at Routes 41 and 173, Wadsworth. He was released and assigned a court date of June 12.
  • Xiao Wu, 24, of the 3500 block of S. Paulina Street, Chicago, is accused of DUI alcohol, and was arrested April 27 at Route 12 and Wynstone Drive, North Barrington. They were released and assigned a court date of June 12.
  • Roman Alonso Mancilla, 50, of the 400 block of Quassey Avenue, unincorporated Lake Bluff, is accused of DUI alcohol, and was arrested April 28 in the 400 block of Quassey Avenue, unincorporated Lake Bluff. He was released and assigned a court date of June 5.

POSSESSION OF CHILD PORNOGRAPHY

A juvenile is accused of possession of child pornography, and was arrested April 23 in the 38400 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS

David Sandoval, 22, of the 800 block of N. County Street, Waukegan, had a warrant for criminal trespass, and was arrested April 23 in the 800 block of N. County Street, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of May 21.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

  • Adam S. Turner, 46, of the 2800 block of Elim Avenue, Zion, is accused of attempted unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested April 23 at North Avenue and Liberty Avenue, Beach Park. He was released and assigned a court date of May 23.
  • Kelly A. Shaevitz, 57, of the 600 block of Hyacinth Place, Highland Park, had a warrant out of McHenry Count for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested April 23 at Blackhawk and Ingleside avenues, Ingleside. A future court date in McHenry County was to be determined at the time of the report.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

Tracy R. Shields, 50, of the 2300 block of Elizabeth Avenue, Zion, is accused of driving while license suspended, improper transportation of cannabis, and was arrested April 23 at North and Liberty avenues, Beach Park. She was released and assigned a court date of May 29.

THEFT

Kristin R. Olson, 34, of the 1800 block of Grand Avenue, Waukegan, had a warrant out of Kenosha County, Wisconsin, for theft, and was arrested April 24 in the 3400 block of Sheridan Road, Zion. A future court date in Kenosha County was to be determined at the time of the report.

VIOLATION OF PRE-TRIAL RELEASE CONDITIONS

Marek J. Bejda, 45, of the 1200 block of Inverrary Lane, unincorporated Deerfield, is accused of violation of pre-trial release conditions, and was arrested April 28 in the 1200 block of Inverrary Lane, unincorporated Deerfield. Bejda was being detained at the Lake County Jail at the time of this report and was assigned a court date of May 2.

LEAVING THE SCENE OF AN ACCIDENT

Adrian O. Sanchez, 40, of the 37200 block of Stanton Point Road, Ingleside, is accused of leaving the scene of an accident, no driver's license, and was arrested April 28 at Hickory Avenue and Stanton Point Road, Ingleside. He was released following the arrest.
