Juvenile Found With Child Pornography: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter

LAKE COUNTY, IL — The following information comes from the Lake County Sheriff's Office and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. ARRESTS

FAILURE TO REGISTER AS A SEX OFFENDER

A juvenile is accused of failure to register as a sex offender, and was arrested June 17 in the 0-100 block of MLK Jr. Avenue, Waukegan.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

• Javonatee W. Friar, 26, of the 2800 block of Galilee Avenue, Zion, had a warrant for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested June 17 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of June 27.
• Jerry E. Dickens, 54, of the 1200 block of Fleetwood Drive, Elgin, had a warrant for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested June 17 in the 2200 block of N. Rand Road, Palatine. He was released and assigned a court date of July 11.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO RESIDENCE

Jacqueline J. Cowart, 49, of Trevor, Wisconsin, is accused of criminal trespass to residence, criminal damage to property, and was arrested June 17 in the 38700 block of N. Green Bay Road, Beach Park. She was released and assigned a court date of June 16.

POSSESSION OF CHILD PORNOGRAPHY

A juvenile is accused of possession of child pornography, sexual exploitation of a child, harassment via electronic communication, and was arrested June 18 in the 28700 block of W. Harvest Glen Circle, Cary.

THEFT

• Galina M. Sagaydak, 44, of Burnsville, Minnesota, had a warrant out of Pinellas County, Florida, for theft, and was arrested June 18 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. A future court date in Florida was to be determined at the time of the report.
• Brian N. Anderson, 44, of the 14800 block of W. Russell Road, Russell, had a warrant out of Winnebago County for theft, and was arrested June 18 in the 14800 block of W. Russell Road, Russell. A future court date in Winnebago County was to be determined at the time of the report.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE REVOKED/SUSPENDED

• Jason P. Souza-Temaner, 45, of the 36600 block of N. Traer Terrace, unincorporated Gurnee, is accused of driving while license revoked, no insurance, and was arrested June 18 at Grandwood Drive and Grier Road, unincorporated Gurnee. He was released following his arrest.
• Lee M. Pippin, 42, of the 26100 block of W. Blackhawk Avenue, Ingleside, had a warrant for driving while license revoked, and was arrested June 19 at Ingleside Lane and Blackhawk Avenue, Ingleside. He was released and assigned a court date of July 24.
• Anthony Barnes, 26, of the 1400 block of Grove Street, North Chicago, is accused of driving while license revoked, no registration, and was arrested June 20 at Route 120 and Gilmer Road, Volo. He was released following his arrest.
• Letica Y. Gallardo-Martinez, 38, of the 500 block of Cherokee Lane, Round Lake Beach, is accused of driving while license suspended, suspended registration, and was arrested June 20 at Rollins and Sheldon roads, Round Lake Beach. She was released following her arrest.

AGGRAVATED SPEEDING

• Isaac Sanchez, 18, of the 35800 block of Barbery Lane, unincorporated Gurnee, is accused of aggravated speeding (107 mph in a 35 mph zone), and was arrested June 19 at Sheridan and Yorkhouse roads, Beach Park. He was released following his arrest.
• Angel J. Vera. 21, of the 3200 block of N. North Avenue, Beach Park, is accused of aggravated speeding (102 mph in a 35 mph zone), reckless driving, and was arrested June 20 at Sheridan and Yorkhouse roads, Beach Park. He was released following his arrest.

LEAVING THE SCENE OF AN ACCIDENT

Rene R. Roldan, 45, of the 300 block of Stillwell Drive, Buffalo Grove, is accused of leaving the scene of an accident, and was arrested June 20 at Route 83 and Aptakisic Road, Long Grove. She was released following her arrest.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT

Eduardo Garcia, 44, of the 500 block of Keith Avenue, Waukegan, had a warrant out of McHenry County, and was arrested June 21 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. A future court date in McHenry County was to be determined at the time of the report.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Vanessa Almazo, 26, of the 200 block of S. County Street, Waukegan, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence, driving while license suspended, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, improper transportation of cannabis, and was arrested June 21 at McAree and Blanchard roads. She was released and assigned a court date of June 24.
• Eduardo Alonso Parra Hernandez, 32, of Milwaukee, is accused of DUI alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested June 22 at Route 53 and Shiloh Drive, Long Grove. He was released and assigned a court date of July 31.
• Larry Crank, 49, of the 500 block of Circle Court, Fox Lake, is accused of DUI alcohol, criminal trespass to vehicle, and was arrested June 22 in the 38200 block of N. Bolton Place, unincorporated Antioch. He was released and assigned a court date of Aug. 7.

NO DRIVER'S LICENSE

Jesus E. Garcia-Linarez, 36, of the 0-100 block of Philippa Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of having no driver's license, suspended registration, no insurance, and was arrested June 22 at Wadsworth Road and Lewis Avenue, Beach Park. He was released following his arrest.

ENDANGERING THE LIFE OF A CHILD

Kristin A. Deinhart, 35, of Milwaukee, is accused of endangering the life of a child, and was arrested June 22 in the 39200 block of N. Poplar Street, unincorporated Lake Villa. She was released and assigned a court date of July 24.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO STATE SUPPORTED PROPERTY

Francisco Alvarez-Espinoza, 25, of the 2500 block of Gilead Avenue, Zion, is accused of criminal damage to state supported property, criminal damage to property, DUI alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident, and was arrested June 22 in the 38200 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park. He was released and assigned a court date of July 17.
