Lake Cook, Portwine Roads Hotbed For DUI Busts: Riverwoods PD Blotter

• Jackson Ropero Agudelo, 34, of the 2000 block of W. Jarvis Avenue, Chicago, is accused of speeding, open transportation of alcohol, no valid driver's license, driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 3:40 a.m. March 22, near Lake Cook and Portwine roads. He was released and assigned a court date of April 24.
• Nicolae Bejan, 27, of the 13200 block of Flagg Drive, Plainfield, is accused of speeding, improper lane usage, improper use of registration, DUI alcohol, and was arrested at 1:13 a.m. March 23, near Lake Cook and Portwine roads. He was released and assigned a court date of April 24.
• Idris Calapkolu, 24, of the 2800 block of Southampton Drive, Rolling Meadows, is accused of speeding, open transportation of alcohol, no valid driver's license, DUI alcohol, and was arrested at 3:28 a.m. March 24, near Lake Cook and Portwine roads. He was released and assigned a court date of March 24.
• Catalina M. Diaz, 44, of the 1700 block of Kingston Circle, Carpentersville, is accused of speeding, having a suspended registration for a non-insurance violation, DUI alcohol, and was arrested at 4:28 a.m. March 26, near Milwaukee Avenue and Chicory Lane. She was released and assigned a court date of April 24.
• Paul Zielinski, 32, of the 1500 block of West Euclid Avenue, Arlington Heights, is accused of speeding, DUI alcohol, and was arrested at 11:48 p.m. March 15, near Lake Cook and Portwine roads. He was released and assigned a court date of April 17.
