Misuse Of 911 Arrest Made: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter

LAKE COUNTY, IL — The following information comes from the Lake County Sheriff's Office and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Criminal charges represent accusations by the state and are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Lake County Clerk of the Circuit Court.

ARRESTS

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A FIREARM

Clarence Williams, 27, of the 1800 block of Seven Pines Road, Springfield, had a warrant out of Kane County for unlawful possession of a firearm, and was arrested Feb. 14 in the 38300 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park. A future court date in Kane County was to be determined at the time of the report.

VIOLATION OF AN ORDER OF PROTECTION

Brett M. Hill, 30, of the 27500 block of Brandenburg Road, Ingleside, had a warrant for violation of an order of protection, and was arrested Feb. 15 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of March 1.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Ladislao Garcia Morales, 43, of the 400 block of Ray Lane, Mundelein, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no driver's license, and was arrested Feb. 15 at Route 12 and State Park Road, unincorporated Spring Grove. They were released and assigned a court date of March 27.
• Alex A. Steplk, 30, of Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, is accused of DUI alcohol, no driver's license, and was arrested Feb. 15 at Route 83 and Gilmer Road, Long Grove. He was released and assigned a court date of March 20.
• Jorge Uriostegui, 38, of the 700 block of Shepard Road, Gurnee, is accused of DUI alcohol, criminal damage to property, and was arrested Feb. 16 in the 1900 block of Buckley Road, Libertyville. He was released and assigned a court date of April 20.
• Dennis G. Burdick, Jr., 55, of the 1700 block of Flower Street, McHenry, is accused of aggravated DUI, and was arrested Feb. 18 at Route 12 and Wynstone Drive, North Barrington. He was being detained at the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and was assigned a court date of Feb. 20.

CONTEMPT OF COURT

Anita F. Drobny, 77, of the 2000 block of Keats Lane, Highland Park, had a warrant out of DuPage County for contempt of court, and was arrested Feb. 17 at I-94 and Route 22, unincorporated Lincolnshire. A future court date was to be determined in DuPage County at the time of the report.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Daniel Villagomez-Guzman, 29, of the 2700 block of Alan Court, Waukegan, is accused of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, DUI alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested Feb. 17 in the 11400 block of Wadsworth Road, Beach Park. He was released and assigned a court date of March 11.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Estefania Cisneros, 26, of the 19400 block of Fairview Drive, unincorporated Mundelein, is accused of disorderly conduct (misuse of 911), and was arrested Feb. 17 in the 19400 block of Fairview Drive, unincorporated Mundelein. They were released and assigned a court date of March 13.
