DEERFIELD, IL — If you haven’t already, don’t waste time making reservations if you plan to celebrate Mom with brunch at her favorite Deerfield restaurant on Mother’s Day, which falls on Sunday, May 14, this year.

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, 960 Milwaukee Ave., Lincolnshire, opens early at 11 a.m. on both May 13-14 with its Mother’s Day 3-Course Menu featuring a hand-cut filet mignon and pairing of the diner’s choice.

Morton’s, The Steakhouse, 699 Skokie Blvd., Northbrook, is accepting reservations for Mother’s Day, and has concocted a special cocktail just for Mom.

Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, 933 Skokie Blvd., Northbrook, is opening early both May 13-14 for brunch and also has a prix fixe menu for dinner.
