DEERFIELD, IL — Salad lovers and healthy food fans are rejoicing as a new restaurant has opened in town. Sweetgreen, now open at 775 Waukegan Road, is offering specialities like Kale Caesar, Guacamole Greens and new, seasonal menu offerings.

The 2,764-square-foot location, which opened Tuesday, features a spacious dining area, accommodating 24 in-store diners, as well as a dedicated pick-up area for diners on the go, according to a news release. The exterior of the space boasts a seasonal patio with 26 additional seats for sweetgreen diners to enjoy once the weather warms later this year.

According to the restaurant, the seasonal menu includes dishes like the Steelhead Remoulade, a creamy, savory, and acidic salad, reminiscent of indulging in a seafood po-boy, and the return of fan-favorites like the Crispy Chicken Salad, and Miso Bowl. Sweetgreen rotates its menu items to ensure freshness and seasonality with each bite. These seasonal menu items will be available at the Deerfield location through March 30.
