Tour the Deerfield Historic Village

The Deerfield Historic Village, is open Sundays from 2-4pm, June through September. Explore five historic buildings. Free admission.

The Deerfield Area Historical Society hosts free tours of the Deerfield Historic Village, located at the corner of Deerfield Road and Kipling Place, on Sundays from 2 to 4pm from June through September. Visit historic buildings ranging from Lake County’s oldest to a one-room schoolhouse that has been a favorite for children for many years. Free tours are provided by the Deerfield Area Historical Society. The Historical Society, a donor-supported, nonprofit organization, maintains the Historic Village. Admission is free.
