Bring your little one(s) and join us for a fun 60 minute workout, celebrating our anniversary! We'll be showcasing all 3 of our stroller workout formats: Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, and Strides 360. ๐ถ๐ป
The hour long sample class will consist of cardio, strength, and core exercises for ALL fitness levels. The kiddos are safely strapped in during the workout, while we entertain them with songs, books, and bubbles!
*Check in begins at 9am and class will start at 9:30am. Playgroup will take place right after the workout.

- any stroller for your stroller-aged kiddos*
- a yoga mat or towel for ground work
- a resistance band (We also have extras!)
- water!
*Have older kiddos? So do we, and we bring them with! Kids, 5 & up, are able to sit off to the side with the other big kids. They always have a good time!
