Police did not provide details on the circumstances surrounding the shooting. The incident happened at 8:20 a.m. Saturday in the 7100 block of Stuenkel Road, police said. The victim was taken to the hospital. Police said they are actively investigating the shooting. Anyone who has information about the incident is asked to call Frankfort Police at 815-469-9435.
