Historic Preservation Commission Planner Nominated As Community Leader

GENEVA, IL — Without community leaders, Geneva wouldn’t hum along nearly as smoothly as it does. We’d miss their contributions in big and small ways.

I know the community leader because I am on the Historic Preservation Commission, City of Geneva.

What does this community leader do?

Michael Lamber is the Historic Preservation Planner for the City of Geneva.

Why do you believe the community leader should be recognized or honored?

I believe the community leader, Michael Lambert should be recognized because of his dedication, expertise and knowledge of historic preservation. Michael is extremely patient and also willing to go into detail regarding any Preservation questions that you may have. He goes above and beyond to service the community of Geneva and provides a tremendous amount of support to the Historic Preservation Commission.

What's one thing you want everyone to know about the community hero?

I would like the community of Geneva to know that Michael Lambert is extremely fair to all cases and questions that come to him. He is a problem solver and will provide guidance to help the citizens of Geneva to find the best solution for the historic districts.
