27th Annual Holiday In The Park And Parade Returns Nov. 25 In Glenview

The community event, organized by the Glenview Chamber of Commerce, will feature a visit from Santa Claus at Jackman Park.

GLENVIEW, IL — It's the most wonderful time of year again in Glenview. The 27th annual Holiday in the Park and Parade returns Nov. 25. The festivities run from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., according to the Glenview Chamber of Commerce, who is organizing the community event.

The parade begins at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 1775 Grove St., before continuing west down Glenview Road. It culminates in Jackman Park, where Santa and his helpers will greet children will a gift.

The Chamber said attendees can enjoy free hot cocoa and tasty treats while supplies last, free kiddie train rides, hayride and photo op in the new snow globe.

"This is a long-standing, beloved Glenview tradition overflowing with excitement and
community spirit," said Meghan Kearney, executive director of the Glenview Chamber of
Commerce. "It's about community pride and love for our local businesses. This is our way to thank the residents of Glenview for shopping and eating locally all year long."

The event is sponsored by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago, Busey Bank, Northern
Seasonal Services and NorthShore Glenbrook Hospital.
