Christmas 2023: Greetings From Glenview Road Event Returns Dec. 1

GLENVIEW, IL — It's the gift-giving time of the year, so why not shop local. Glenview residents will have that opportunity at the Greetings From Glenview Road event, planned for 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 1.

The family-friendly event, sponsored by Friends of Downtown Glenview, will take place on Glenview Road between Waukegan and Lehigh roads.

According to organizers, more than a dozen Glenview businesses will welcome visitors with special sales, festive nibbles and live entertainment. There is also an opportunity for attendees to win a valuable gift card, all while checking out the shops on Glenview Road.

Entertainment includes strolling performances by carolers from Our Lady of Perpetual Help School. The evening concludes with more music and a drawing for multiple gift cards at Glenview Grind.
