'Live-Fire' Mexican Grill Opens In Glenview: Chamber
Taco Verde Glenview recently held a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Glenview Chamber of Commerce to celebrate.
GLENVIEW, IL — A new Mexican restaurant recently opened in Glenview. Taco Verde Glenview is a "live-fire" Mexican grill, located at 909 Greenwood Road. The Glenview Chamber of Commerce tells Patch a ribbon-cutting was held at the new spot last week.
According to the restaurant's Facebook page, the menu at Taco Verde Glenview features Halal meat options, including carne asada, birria, chicken tinga and more. The restaurant is open 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday, and closed Monday. A $11 lunch special is available between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.
