Northbrook, IL: February 2024 – North Suburban YMCA’s Community Gallery is showcasing local artist Jill Clark throughout the month of May. All of the work featured will be for sale with a portion of the proceeds benefitting the Visual Arts department of the NSYMCA.

Until this exhibit, Clark only shared her work with friends and family, who urged her to bring her work to the public. This will be Clark’s first time exhibiting at the North Suburban YMCA. Community Art Gallery.

“We don’t see them coming, the small moments when peace rushes over us and takes our breath away,” exclaimed Jill Clark, May’s artist of the month at the NSYMCA. “My subjects have an honesty, a comforting well-worn familiarity that endears them to us in a way words cannot describe,” continued Clark in regard to her inspirations and ideas.
