Pizano's Pizza Closing Glenview Location
Four restaurants of the pizza chain will remain open in Chicago.
GLENVIEW, IL — For the past 15 years, Pizano's Pizza & Pasta has been feeding hungry local customers at 1808 Waukegan Road. The pizza restaurant chain announced in a social media post Thursday it will be closing the Glenview restaurant this weekend.
"We'd like to thank the people of Glenview and surrounding areas for their patronage the last 15 years," the post reads regarding the restaurant's closure Sunday. "Please come visit us one last time in Glenview this weekend."
Four locations in Chicago will remain open, according to the restaurant.

Rudy Malnati Jr., owner of Pizano's, opened the pizza chain in 1991. He died in 2021. His father, Rudy Malnati, Sr., was the founder of Pizzeria Uno, while his half-brother, Lou, started Lou Malnati's, according to an obituary that appeared in the Chicago Sun-Times.
