Rollover Crash Blocks I-294 Near Glenview: Police
One person was taken to the hospital with injuries following the Monday morning accident that slowed traffic.
GLENVIEW, IL — A rollover crash involving an SUV was causing traffic delays on Interstate 294 Monday morning near Glenview. Illinois State Police told Patch the one-car accident occurred at around 5:29 a.m. and one person was taken to an area hospital with injuries.
WBBM was reporting the accident in the southbound portion of the tollway was blocking three lanes after it happened, backing up traffic past Willow Road, with only one lane open until 6:30 a.m.
