The Art Center Highland Park invites everyone to draw together in their biggest summer event yet! This sidewalk chalk festival will take place Saturday, August 17 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm at The Art Center, 1957 Sheridan Road, Highland Park, and live entertainment throughout the day will include tunes by Ralph Covert of Ralph's World, a meet-and-greet with WTTW's Nature Cat, performances from Bach to Rock, and a visit from the Dolores Kohl Education Foundation's StoryBus.
Get a taste of classes with art demos from TAC instructors, and stay for lunch from The Fat Shallot food truck and ice cream truck! You can even participate from home! Stop by TAC to pick up a Chalk Box and share your sidewalk creations online by tagging them #DrawTogetherTAC #tachp.
