UChicago Medicine AdventHealth’s healing mission calls us to extend care to all people – especially those in our local communities. It’s a way we can fulfill our mission at home – directly to those who need medical care but can’t afford it.
Join us to receive free medical services, including:
• Dental exams and cleanings
• Foot exams
• Flu shots
• Vision screenings
• Orthopedic joint pain exams and injections
• Children (Pediatric): school/sports physicals (immunizations not included)
• Physical therapy
• Blood pressure, cholesterol and diabetes screenings
• Laboratory screenings: glucose, urine and pregnancy testing
• Free basic medications based on examination at event
We also will provide access to other care services such as:
• Community resources: partners in Cook, DuPage and Will counties and surrounding areas will provide assistance with medical home, specialty referrals and access to affordable medications
• Chaplain services: spiritual and whole person care
• Free paper products
• Social service evaluation and referrals
• Advanced care planning decision guide
