Yoga for Littles (ages 2-5 years)

Join Liz for monthly yoga for littles classes! Each class for young yogis offers a complete yoga practice including stretching and strengthening poses (asanas), breathing (pranayama) instruction, and relaxation. These are not your typical adult yoga classes – it’s “real” yoga but in a kid-friendly way that gets children playing, laughing, and moving while practicing yoga.

While these classes are open to kids as young as 2, it is helpful if your child can follow some directions. Parents must remain on site unless their child is fully potty trained.

To ensure that you can maximize the relaxing benefits of yoga, please note the following:

• Classes begin promptly at the time listed on the calendar. For everyone's safety, doors will be locked once class begins.
• Please plan to arrive between 5-10 minutes before class starts.
• Have your child bring their own yoga mat.
• Please keep your child home if they feel sick in any way (COVID related or not).
• If your child is unable to attend a class that you have registered for, please deregister as soon as possible. You will not be able to deregister within 1 hours of the class start time.
• If you do not deregister, a class credit will be deducted from your account.
