Kundalini + Sacred Sounds: Harvest Full Moon

Through Kundalini yoga, we have the power to transform our physical and energy bodies through movement, powerful breathing, chanting, and meditation. Join us in September for a special kriya (set of practices) and vibrational healing experience designed to balance and harness the energy of the full Harvest moon as we prepare for the seasonal shift to autumn.

You are invited to come dressed comfortably with your yoga mat and anything that helps you feel comfortable. Plan to wear a hat or head covering to help harness the energy we activate.
