Soul Hop + Sound Healing

Join Serendipity's special guest teacher, Aaron Duncan, for a 60-minute rhythmic, Vinyasa experience, followed by a 30-minute resting meditation to reflect and reset. A hand-selected playlist composed of hip-hop and soul will set the mood along with the healing sounds of Pilar Music.

You are invited to come dressed comfortably and ready to move with your yoga mat and anything that helps you feel comfortable. While this class will be accessible to all, some yoga experience and the ability to bear weight in your knees, hold a plank and access a downward facing dog are strongly encouraged.

No refunds will be provided. Instead, if you are unable to attend, your credit may be applied to a future event at the studio. Registration in advance is required at the included link. Doors are locked once class begins.
