Serving up Quad City-style pizza with bountiful flavors, limited chef collaborations, and fresh salads, there's something for everyone on the menu. Vegetarians and vegans will love the Vegan Garden, meat eaters will love the house-seasoned Crumbled Sausage, and most pies are available gluten-free. We recommend the specialty pizzas--like the "Big Ragu" in collaboration with Monteverde "Top Chef" finalist Sarah Grueneberg. The "Big Ragu" features tomato-braised pork shoulder, meatballs, sausage, Calabrian peppers, stracchino, mozzarella, and pesto. You can't lose with the collab from Lillie's Q either, which features deliciously sweet pulled pork smoked over peach wood, hot smokey BBQ, and mozzarella, which is topped with Carolina Dirt BBQ Rub and slaw.
