Eileen Miller, Age 89

Eileen Miller, age 89, loving wife of the late Benjamin Miller, devoted daughter of the late Benjamin and Eva Grossman, dear sister of the late Raymond Grossman, caring mother to Ned (Susan) Miller, Mitchell Miller, and Cynthia (the late Robert) Kane. Adored grandmother to Ben, Rachel, Brian and Rebecca Miller, and Elle (Chris), Jaclyn (Ilya) and Ryan Kane, and longtime friend to many. Her family was always her greatest source of inspiration. As a first-generation daughter of immigrants in pursuit of the American Dream, she was the first in her family to graduate college. Her innate wisdom, kindness and compassion extended throughout her early years as a teacher, to the devotion of raising her family and growing the family business. With unforgettable strength, openness, and inclusiveness, she was always there to help others. She made sure that those she loved were always cared for, seen and safe. Eileen’s gentle presence created an instant caring atmosphere and was a safe haven for all who knew and loved her.
