More hardware for Richards JV, varsity cheerleaders

Teams place at both Lockport, Oak Forest invitationals

The varsity cheerleaders from Richards High School enjoyed a tremendous weekend in competition. Varsity placed third at the Lockport Frost Invitational on Saturday.

On Sunday the team took fourth at the Oak Forest Bengal Invitational with one judge giving the team the first perfect 10 in program history!

Junior varsity also took third place at the Lockport Frost Invitational and then took fourth place at the Oak Forest Bengal Invitational and performed a zero deduction routine despite an injury mid-weekend.
