John was a retired Truck Driver and long-time member of the Teamsters who was born and raised in Chicago Ridge.

John T. Bizzotto

Age 63, of Romeoville, IL and formerly Blue Island, IL, passed suddenly, Friday December 6, 2019 at Adventist Bolingbrook Medical Center. He was born February 19, 1956 to the late Virginia (Wilkerson) and John Bizzotto in Chicago Ridge, IL where he was raised and educated, a graduate of Richards High School.

Beloved father of Carlotta (Thomas) Betlejeski, Johnny Bizzotto, Nicole Bizzotto (Ziggy) Michael Bizzotto; proud grandfather of Gage, Alyssa, Isabella, Morgan, Kayla, Octavio jr., Juliana, Arabella, Caleb, Michael, Julia, Christian, Amelia and Alexander; dear brother of Nino (Deborah) Bizzotto, Tony Bizzotto, Virginia (Randall) Agent and Elizabeth (Ron) VanEtten. Many nieces and nephews also survive.

Preceded in death by his wife GinaMarie Bizzotto; mother, Virgina Joyce; father, John Bizzotto; two brothers, Donald and William Bizzotto; two nieces, Toni Elliott and Katie Bizzotto.

John was a retired Truck Driver and long time member of the Teamsters. He was an avid fisherman who will be remembered as a very devoted father and grandpa.

Visitation for John Bizzotto will be held at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black Rd. (at Essington Rd.), Joliet, on Friday, December 13, 2019 from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. A brief service of remembrance at 8:00 p.m. will conclude the evening.
