OAK LAWN, IL — You can all keep dreaming about winning big money. Park Lawn Queen of Hearts Raffle rolled over, but not before reaching another new height with a jackpot of $771,000. Her majesty never bothered to show up. We hear she got tossed out of Trooping the Colour when she smacked Prince Louis in the back of the head for misbehaving.

Nevertheless. It was a big night for R.A., who played the 32 spot, revealing the 4 of hearts. R.A. still goes home a winner with 24 free tickets for the June 26 pull at the always fun At the Office Sports Bar and Grill in Crestwood.

Due to the volume of players, if you’re showing up in person for the weekly drawing, ticket sales at At the Office will close at 6:30 p.m. All tickets must now be in black box by 6:50 p.m. so they can be poured into the Bozo Drum where tickets are mixed “9 million times."

The current progressive raffle jackpot continues to set new records for Park Lawn, with 31 spots remaining, including two jokers that could reset the board. The person who finds the queen of hearts will split the jackpot 60-40 with Park Lawn if present, 50-50 if they’re playing in Facebook-land.

There is no cap on prize amounts in Crestwood, so the sky's the limit. In 2018, a Queen of Hearts raffle reached $2.6 million after 40 weeks of play at McNally's Pub in Beverly-Mt. Greenwood. The winner split 50 percent of the jackpot with St. Cajetan School. Chicago Ald. Matt O'Shea (19th) pushed a special ordinance through the Chicago City Council to allow the McNally's game to continue.
