The varsity boys cross country team from Richards High School took second place at their IHSA Regional on Saturday (Bulldogs missed the title by just four points.)
Owen Forberg took first place by a massive 37 seconds. Josh Smith took sixth place, Aimen Bawadi took seventh, Eric Villalobos took 16th, Angel Ramirez took 23rd, and Shawn Mallo took 28th to complete a strong team outing.
The Bulldogs qualified as a team for the IHSA Sectional next Saturday at Metamora!
