OAK LAWN, IL — RUSH announced plans to open an outpatient clinic on Oak Lawn, increasing access to specialty care services to Chicago’s southwest suburbs. The health system joins other major players, including OSF, Duly and Advocate along the hot 95th Street medical corridor.

RUSH Oak Lawn will open a new and larger space at 5851 W. 95th St., where a weight loss clinic was formerly located. The outpatient clinic is anticipated to open in November. Care by specialists in colorectal surgery, ear, nose and throat, medical weight loss, bariatric surgery, plastic surgery and surgical oncology will be offered.

“Our expansion in Oak Lawn reflects our strong commitment to make RUSH services as convenient and accessible as possible to all patients we serve,” said Paul Casey, MD, MBA, chief medical officer and senior vice president, RUSH University Medical Center.
