Missing: 62-Year-Old Woman Last Seen In Oak Park

Carmel Kelly suffers from dementia, her family said.

Police are looking for a 62-year-old woman who was last seen in Oak Park, Detective Michael Lepczynski announced in a release Thursday evening.

Carmel Kelly is a Glendale Heights native, according to a missing person flyer police are distributing, but was last seen in Oak Park Thursday, March 2 around 9 a.m. in the area of Oak Park Avenue and Madison Street.

Family members said that Kelly suffers from dementia and only has a short-term memory.

Kelly is a black woman standing around 5-foot-1 and weighting approximately 160 pounds, according to the flyer.

If anyone has information about Kelly’s whereabouts, they’re encouraged to immediately call the Oak Park Police Department at 708-386-3800.
