Another Correctional Deputy Appointed By Kendall County Sheriff

The new correctional deputy was sworn in three days after two other men officially joined the sheriff's correctional division.

KENDALL COUNTY, IL — The Kendall County Sheriff’s Office has hired a new deputy to fill a vacancy in the Correctional Division. Matt Pulley was sworn in on Thursday, June 20th, 2024, by Undersheriff Bobby Richardson.

Deputy Pulley studied at Lewis University and worked at the Transportation Security Administration for six years. He also served as a correctional deputy with the Iroquois County Sheriff’s Office for over four years before joining the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputy Pulley will undergo an office acclimation phase, and upon completion, he will be paired with experienced field training officers for a rigorous 11-week field training program.
