Bibibop To Open Oswego Location

OSWEGO, IL — Bibibop Asian Grill is opening a new location in Oswego.

The restaurant, which specializes in Asian-inspired customizable bowls and salads, will be located at 2830 Route 34. The company's website lists the Oswego eatery as "coming soon."

Bibibop was founded in 2013 in Columbus, Ohio, by Charley Shin, who grew up on the outskirts of Seoul, South Korea. It has since been expanding across the country, celebrating its 50th store opening in 2023.

"We serve real, unprocessed, high quality food because we believe that well-being can start with a good meal," its website reads. "We take care with everything we do to keep that meal affordable for our guests because we also believe that you should not have to pay more to eat healthy food."

In Oswego, Bibibop will be open from 10:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday.
