Fish Fry Fridays: Where To Find Them Near Oswego

OSWEGO, IL — Fat Tuesday and Ash Wednesday have come and gone, and Lent has officially begun — which means it's time for fish fry Fridays in Kendall County and. Plenty of local organizations are frying up fish and offering Lenten specials for those looking to abstain from meat on Fridays or just looking to enjoy a good meal.

Most area fish fry Fridays run through mid-April (though some are year round), and Easter arrives on Sunday, April 21.

The Oswego American Legion Post will kick of its Lenten fish fries March 8 with a benefit for the families of the victims of the Henry Pratt shooting in Aurora.

Montgomery
