Lil' Ed & The Blues Imperials live at the Joliet Museum

Lil' Ed & The Blues Imperials live in the Museum's Indoor Auditorium Theater Friday, February 9th at 7pm

Lil' Ed & The Blues Imperials perform a live concert in the Joliet Area Historical Museum's Indoor Auditorium Theater venue on Friday, February 9th at 7pm (doors open 6:15pm).

Mixing smoking slide guitar boogies and raw-boned Chicago shuffles with the deepest slow-burners, Lil’ Ed and his blistering Blues Imperials — bassist James “Pookie” Young, guitarist Mike Garrett and drummer Kelly Littleton — deliver the blues, from gloriously riotous and rollicking to intensely emotional and moving. The Blues Imperials bring their outstanding and wildly fun Chicago blues to “Ed Heads” new and old, wherever they may be. One of Conan O'Brien's favorite bands, Lil' Ed & The Blues Imperials bring "Raw-boned, old-fashioned Chicago blues to the masses and will blow the walls down " Guitar Player Magazine.

Doors at 6:15 pm, show at 7:00 pm. Beverage bar, snack vendor, access to museum galleries & exhibits. Only $10 for Museum Members or $12 for General Public. Museum located at 204 N. Ottawa St. in downtown Joliet.
