OSWEGO, IL – Oswego-area residents who want all the comforts of a single-family home without delving into homeownership now have a new option thanks to the greater Chicago area’s first community of single-family home rentals.

Continental Properties recently celebrated the grand opening of Avanterra Wolf’s Crossing, located at 615 Starling Circle in Oswego. The single-family home community offers open-concept homes with private backyards, garage parking, smart-home technology, and other features all the convenience of an apartment-like rental payment option.

The two, three, or four-bedroom homes also feature a gourmet kitchen, plenty of storage, and all of the coziness of a single-family home while also having the freedom of having everything maintained by the community’s management. According to Continental Properties officials, the community also features a pool, a 24-hour fitness center, a leash-free dog park, a pet spa and a community clubhouse.
