Justin Matthew Retherford-Speer "The Tank," 20, of Oswego, was taken suddenly on August 4th, 2016.
Beloved son of William and Deval, brother of Lara, Cody, Matthew, and Joe. Nephew of Shannon, Kristie, Nikki, Karen, Denise and Michael. Loving uncle of Sophia, Angie and Vikki. Godson of Elba and Pete. Loving bro's: Antonio, Quinn and Andrew.
