Kasside Leasure a Junior at Oswego High School got the privilege to represent her Country at WSKA(World Shotokan Karate Association) in Liverpool England on September 10th and 11th. Kasside has been doing Shotokan karate through the Oswegoland Park District since the age of 4. Kasside now helps teach Shotokan Karate at the Oswegoland Park District. Kasside earned bronze in individual Kumite and bronze in Team Kumite. USA in total brought home 2 Gold, 1 Silver and 6Bronze medals. Kasside also competed at nationals in Spokane Washing over July 4th weekend and also earned a bronze medal in her individual Kumite.
