Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana host 100th birthday celebration event at the second oldest Girl Scout Camp in the U.S. - Camp Juniper Knoll. Open to all families and individuals with fond memories at Camp Juniper Knoll – the 100th Birthday Party festivities will include a variety of activities from the past and the present, inviting guests to kick off their shoes and wade at the beach, try their hand at archery, and explore the camp’s scenic surroundings. Songs around the campfire, complete with marshmallow roasting for s’mores, will evoke timeless traditions and the trading post will offer commemorative items for purchase to mark the special celebration.
To register to attend the 100th birthday celebration event at Camp Juniper Knoll hosted by Girl Scouts GCNWI visit www.girlscoutsgcnwi.org. There is a $10 registration fee. Bus transporation is provided for $25.
