Large Food Hall With Several Restaurants Coming To Chevy Chase
The Heights, a new food hall, is scheduled to open in Chevy Chase near the Friendship Heights Metro on Dec. 11, according to a report.
CHEVY CHASE, MD — The Heights, a new food hall, is scheduled to open in Chevy Chase near the Friendship Heights Metro on Dec. 11, according to a report.
The 10,500-square-foot space will have several food stalls and a full-service restaurant, WTOP reported.
Chefs associated with the venture include Priya Ammu of DC Dosa and Kevin Tien of Himitsu, Hot Lola’s and the now-closed Moon Rabbit.

QR codes will allow restaurants to deliver food to customers’ tables in the food hall as opposed to customers standing line at the different food establishments to place their orders, according to WTOP.
The Heights will be located at 5310 Western Avenue, directly across from the Friendship Heights Metro station. The space was previously home to an Aeropostale and P.F. Chang’s.
