Restoring Harmony is a series of groups to help woman navigate rediscovery of self and how to love yourself in the aftermath of trauma in relationships, whether from domestic violence, infidelity, family betrayal, or other deeply hurtful experiences, can feel like trying to find your way through a dense fog. Coach Athena Thomas's groups are a guiding light for those who have endured such relationship traumas. This virtual space is dedicated to women, domestic violence survivors, and those transitioning to life after traumatic relationships, offering a blend of understanding, healing, and empowerment.
The first group focuses on Women Navigating Self-Love and Self-Betrayal. Trauma in our relationships can leave you doubting yourself and unsure of who you really are. Learn to trust yourself again in a safe and nurturing group.
