Maryland Weather: Presidents Day Weekend Has Mixed Forecast

There's a chance for clouds, and even a slight chance for showers, but the headline this weekend is much warmer temperatures — at least for the next few days.

We'll climb toward the mid-60s this weekend, with cloudy skies on Saturday and a 20 percent chance of showers overnight. Sunday will be mostly sunny.

We'll have another sunny day for Presidents Day, but it'll be a little cooler, hitting 57 degrees. The forecast next Tuesday drops to 51 degrees, before we climb back to the 60s later in the week.

Saturday: Increasing clouds, with a high near 66. Calm wind becoming southwest 5 to 9 mph in the morning.

Saturday Night: A slight chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 45. West wind around 7 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.

Sunday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 64. Northwest wind 6 to 11 mph.

Sunday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 39.

Washington's Birthday: Sunny, with a high near 57.

Monday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 34.

Tuesday: Partly sunny, with a high near 51.
