First, Hogan will join County Executive Barry Glassman in Street at 10 a.m. for a "major broadband announcement" in the 3500 block of Burkins Road, according to a statement from the governor's office. Hogan will then travel to Bel Air around 11 a.m. to tour the Klein Family Harford Crisis Center in the 800 block of Baltimore Pike. Opened in 2019, the center is a public-private partnership that the University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Health manages. It provides a 24/7 hotline; mental health, behavioral health and addiction services; a mobile crisis team, walk-in urgent care clinic and residential crisis services. It has served clients from age 5 to 93, according to a statement from Upper Chesapeake.
