Havre de Grace Halloween Parade 2018 Set For Tuesday, October 30
The Havre de Grace Recreation Committee will present the city's annual Halloween parade, and kids can trick or treat at downtown businesses.
HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — Costumed characters will take to the streets of Havre de Grace on Tuesday for the city's annual Halloween parade. The festive event is sponsored by the Havre de Grace Recreation Committee.
This year the Havre de Grace Halloween Parade is set for 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 30.
The parade will begin at the corner of Washington Street and Congress Avenue.

People should line up in costume to register for the parade at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 30.
Kids can also trick or treat at downtown businesses, which will be welcoming visitors from 4 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 30. A list of participating businesses will be available at the Havre de Grace Visitor Center or on a flyer at the parade.

According to the forecast from the National Weather Service, it looks like the high in Havre de Grace will be 58 degrees on Tuesday, Oct. 30, with temps dipping into the mid 40s at night.
There will be a 6 mph wind, so make sure to bundle accordingly!
