HdG Cancels First Friday For May 2022 Due To Weather

HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — Due to the weather, the city of Havre de Grace has canceled its First Friday celebration for May 6.

The outdoor street festival was slated to take place downtown but became the second weather-related casualty of the weekend. On Thursday, the city canceled Defenders Day.

"Yes, First Friday is canceled. But so much to do indoors!" the Havre de Grace Alliance said in a statement. "Stay safe and dry this weekend."
