HdG Jazz And Blues Fest To Wrap Up Sunday

Family-friendly offerings are part of the lineup at the Havre de Grace de Grace Jazz and Blues Fest.

HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — The third and final day of the Havre de Grace Jazz and Blues Festival is slated for Sunday. Some shows are ticketed, while other performances are free. It includes indoor and outdoor activities and a special offering on Sunday.

"We have Family FunDay Sunday," Havre de Grace Arts Collective Executive Director Rebecca Jessop told Patch.

Set along Pennington Avenue, the family-friendly festivities will include a moon bounce, free concerts, crafts for youths and a performance by high school jazz bands at noon at the STAR Centre, located at the former Havre de Grace High School campus.

A former circus performer will also provide entertainment, Jessop said.

11 a.m. — The Bratcher Project (FREE)
Pennington Avenue stage

Noon — High School Jazz Bands Show (FREE)
STAR Centre of Havre de Grace

1 p.m.— Jazz & Blues Brunch with Kevin Levi – tickets from $15
The State Theatre of Havre de Grace

1 p.m. — Piedmont Bluz Acoustic Duo - tickets from $22
Cultural Center at the Opera House

3 p.m. — Baltimore Jazz Alliance Jazz for Kids (FREE)
Pennington Avenue stage

5 p.m. — Swamp Dog – tickets from $25
The State Theatre of Havre de Grace

5 p.m. — Gunhild Carling (circus performer - great family show!) - Adults from $22; Kids $10
