How Much Snow Did Maryland Get? Here Are Snow Totals From National Weather Service

Preliminary measurements have been reported to the National Weather Service. Here's how much Maryland got during the weekend snowstorm.

MARYLAND — More than 9 inches of snow fell in part of Maryland Saturday as a winter storm rolled through the state on its way northeast.

Garrett County got the most snow statewide, with 9.7 inches reported in Grantsville, based on preliminary reports submitted to the National Weather Service.

Anne Arundel County and Baltimore City saw about 1 inch of accumulation, while parts of Baltimore, Carroll, Frederick, Harford, Howard and Montgomery counties got several inches. Temperatures stayed below freezing overnight, prompting weather officials to warn of the potential for black ice.
