Wind Restrictions in Effect at Hatem Bridge

Some vehicles may be prohibited from crossing the Hatem Bridge due to wind, the Maryland Transportation Authority advises.

A limited wind restriction is in effect for the Hatem Bridge on Sunday, April 3, according to the Maryland Transportation Authority.

Winds of 40 to 49 mph trigger limited wind restrictions.

These vehicles are prohibited on the bridge during periods of limited wind restrictions: house trailers, empty box trailers or any other vehicle that law enforcement personnel say may not safely cross.
