LANDOVER, MD — Prince George's County Police are investigating a double fatal-shooting that took place Saturday night in the Landover area, according to a police release. The victims are identified as Pearris Clark, 24, of Rockville, and Eugene Deondre Jones, 26, of Oxon Hill. Police do not consider this a random crime.

Around 11:30 p.m., patrol officers were dispatched to the 7500 block of Courtney Place for the report of a shooting. They found four victims in a parking lot, each was suffering from gunshot wounds. Two of the victims were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. Jones and Clark were pronounced dead on the scene.

PGPD detectives are working to determine a motive and to identify suspects in the incident.
