Man Killed In Langley Park; PG County Police Investigate

HYATTSVILLE, MD — Prince George's County homicide detectives are investing the death of a Berwyn Heights man whose body was found Wednesday morning in Langley Park, according to a police release.

On Wednesday, March 18, around 7:10 a.m., PGPD officers responded to the 1500 block of Merrimac Drive for a welfare check. Arriving on the scene, officers found Montoya-Canales, 34, of Berwyn Heights, suffering from trauma to the body. He was pronounced dead on the scene.

PGPD detectives are working to establish a motive and identify suspects involved in this homicide.
